Operation Sindoor:- India's Operation Sindoor was launched in response to Pahalgam terror attack, Targeting 9 terror camps within Pakistan and Pakistan- occupied Kashmir. India launched 14 air strikes on 7th of May, 2025, which targeted nine locations in Pakistan administered Kashmir, focusing on alleged militant camps of Jaish-e-Mohammed and Lashkar-e-Taiba. • Jammu and Kashmir:- Pakistan tried to target to military forces in Jammu, Pathankot and Udhampur, all locations are near to international border, blackouts enforced on those locations and sirens and numerous explosions were reported in Kupwara, Akhnoor, Samba and Baramulla.
• Rajasthan:- The admiration of Rajasthan border's distinct sounded a red alert in some cities with total blackouts, including Jaisalmer, Barmer, Sriganganagar and other places. Fight operations at Bikaner, Ajmer and Jodhpur airports were suspended till Saturday.
• Punjab:- A Total blackout were enforced in some cities such as, Amritsar, Pathankot, Mohali, Hoshiarpur, Jalandhar and Union territory of Chandigarh, schools and colleges are closed for 2 to 3 days as a precautionary action.
